I’d probably say it was earlier this year, we did a show over in Perth, I think it was a festival. The show was completely sold out & at home we were able to have heaps of friends & family, don’t get me started on the size of the guest list, but the crowd was great. To be able to rock out to so many people from our home as well as the people we know & love it was just great & that’s the stand out for me.
Ideal Lineup? Well despite the impossibility of it I’d definitely say Nirvana. They are & were such an inspirational band of their time & even though they’re no longer around, I’d still love to see them as I missed out. Besides that, I’d love to see some bands from the 60’s & 70’s that are more melody based, such as The Beatles & The Rolling Stones, they really did great stuff & I feel the melody in music has really disappeared today. So to see bands like that play would be great.
Face artist you've seen at a Music Festival? One that really stands out to me still is a set I caught here in Perth by The Music. They were playing the Big Day Out in Perth & I was waiting for another band to come on, but went over to the stage they were on about 25 minutes early. The set by The Music was just amazing, the passion & technique the musicians put on was amazing & to see them up in like tracksuit jackets in summer really was cool & it was just a great set.
Tips for attending a music festival? Pretty much just sunscreen & water. As I mentioned, the place gets really hot in the afternoon & with heaps of people there, the amount of shade becomes a lot less. The water is basically just to stay cool & to survive the day & then besides that just have some booze & food if you need it & all is good.

Madonna to tour Oz in July?!
Madonna's drummer Brian Frasier-Moore confirmed today that the Pop superstar will in fact be touring again this year and through to 2011 and an email that hit our offices today from an "industry insider" confirms that Australia is on the itinerary.
We can't confirm if there is any truth to this tour but the source assures us that the 10-date tour isn't far from being announced.
The email also suggests that:
"The Celebration Tour" will be an intimate arena tour, visiting Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and for the first time, Perth.
The tour will be marketed as a special "gift" for her Australian fans, who've waited almost 17 years to see her.
250 tickets will be given away to charity at each show.
Ticket prices will be the highest ever seen in Australia (starting at $249).
Five ticket tiers will be offered; bronze ($249), silver ($499), gold ($999), ultimate ($2000) and a premium ultimate version for $3000 including a meet and greet with the superstar.
The tour will continue to overseas destinations, but on a larger scale (they name London, Paris, New York, Los Angeles, Berlin).
One of the Melbourne dates will be filmed for a future DVD release and will be shown on US channel HBO the night after.
Could 2010 be the year! Stay tuned!

If we were hanging with you and your band backstage, what would we be getting up to?
Yeh maybe a few drinks, id be rolling the camera just as i've dared damion to do something (possibly eating something that really didnt need eating).
If you could request anything on your rider what would it be?
I have requested this on one of my recent tours, i would like a monkey and perhaps some exotic beer, i managed the beer once and saw monkey soon after!
Give one of your personal favourite bands a plug.
An aussie artist called Niki Kumerow and for those who wanna rock The Sundance Kids, some great times have been had with both those artists
What's your most essential item to take on tour?
My "Iphone" (Sponsor plug) haha and IPod (second sponsor plug there haha!)
What's your secret talent?
Damion: Ask my wife! Kev: The mouth trumpet and no before you ask it has absolutely nothing to do with damo's wife haha
AND... Where are we best to stalk you: MySpace, Facebook or Twitter? Which one's updated the most?
Yeah facebook for updates, myspace for music.
Down With Webster
Down With Webster a 7-member, genre-bending, musical juggernaut draws on disparate influences to create a wholly original musical feast. Their chaotic live shows are the stuff of local legend, selling 1000+ tickets as headliners in their hometown of Toronto as an indie band before ever releasing a single or video.
The band writes, produces and performs all of their music, garnering attention from industry veterans as varied as Timbaland and KISS front man Gene Simmons, both of whom wanted to sign the band to their respective labels. DWW won the Rogers Mobile/Universal Music best unsigned artist in Canada contest in 2008.
