It was at the Great Escape Festival in Sydney. It was a really nice setting as the stage was set up alongside the Parramatta river. The only problem was about 15 minutes before the show it was raining and there was no crowd in front of the stage. So we where obviously like a little bit worried. Then about 5 minutes to show time, suddenly like clockwork the sun came out as well as a swarm of a few thousand people rowdy and ready to go crazy. Needless to say it was an awesome show and even better because it was in front of a home town crowd!
Ideal Lineup? Outkast, Bubba Sparxxx, Mos Def Featuring The Roots, K-os, Rage Against the Machine, Dead Prez, Notorious B.I.G & 2pac (hey you said ideal! J)

Marilyn Manson announces Australian tour dates!
The forecast for October is ominous, threatening, dark and thunderous, courtesy of Marilyn Manson.
Mr. Manson and his subversive rock ensemble return to Australia in October for their first tour since the release of Eat Me, Drink Me two years back.
The new tour will see the return of bassist Twiggy Ramirez to the Manson family.
Marilyn Manson’s seventh album, The High End of Low, debuted at number 12 on the Australian charts, proving the band have lost none of their intense fan-base. As controversial and unrelenting as ever, the album also debuted at number 4 in the US, their highest debut in America in years.
Critics have hailed The High End of Low as a major return to form for the band, who have just marked their 20th anniversary together.
“Manson’s reunion with longtime guitarist-bassist Twiggy Ramirez; together with producers Sean Beavan and Chris Vrenna, (sees them) sculpt a sound both harder-hitting and more finely detailed than on any previous Marilyn Manson record,” the LA Times wrote of the new album.
“While it's still easy to dismiss his shock tactics as puerile and insensitive he hasn't sounded this vital -- and tuneful -- since Mechanical Animals,” said Spin Magazine.
As anyone who’s seen the band live knows - it’s going to be a raucous night of entertainment not for the easily offended!
Tour dates are:
Perth, Challenge Stadium - Monday October 5 Adelaide, Thebarton Theatre - Wednesday October 7 Melbourne, Festival Hall - Saturday October 10 Sydney, Hordern Pavilion - Wednesday October 14 Brisbane, Entertainment Centre - Saturday October 17
Tickets on sale June 19 in Perth and Melbourne through Ticketmaster, Adelaide from VenueTix and Sydney and Brisbane from Ticketek.
Presale starts midday Wednesday June 17, finishes 5pm Thursday June 18.
