We played an amazing festival called T in the Park in Scotland, which was a year and a half ago now, but that was really amazing in terms of being, by far, the biggest crowd we've played infront of, I think it was- we played in the dance tent, and it was the middle of the day, so it wasn't night time craziness, but they packed like 20,000 people into this tent, and it was totally round, it was just the best kind of crowd to be playing infront of, we were really suprised and weren't expecting to get such a big reception, particually in Scotland. We only really had played a handful of shows in Glasgow and hadn't really played anywhere else, so yeah, that's definitely up there.
Ideal Lineup? We kind of actually had this discussion when we first started playing together, before we even did any shows as Cut Copy, we made up these phoney band names and played a few shows at this pub, sort of on the wrong side of the tracks and a bit run down, you could ring up like the night before and get a gig the next day, so it wasn't really like, you know.. anything amazing. But we booked in, I think a couple of times under false names, just to make sure we could actually play our instruments and do everything before we actually put Cut Copy up on the stage, and I think in that year we sort of had this imaginary- it wasn't like a festival it was kind of the idea of billing this gig where it was us headlining with Sonic Youth, and then Daft Punk would be like the warm up DJs, and that was like our ultimate show, ever! And then we've actually played with Daft Punk at the end of last year so we just feel like we've maybe partly lived that dream a little bit, even though they obviously weren't the warm up DJs for us, but yeah, we've ticked off one of those things at least. All we've got to do now is play with Sonic Youth!

Timbaland announces Australian tour dates
Timbaland is one of, if not the greatest producers of our time. He is the single biggest creative force currently active in popular music and has been responsible for making smash hits for some of the biggest artists in the world including Justin Timberlake, The Black Eyed Peas, Beyonce, Snoop Dogg, Kanye West, Rihanna, Madonna and Usher, to name just a few. His latest album Shock Value has gone platinum 3 times over in Australia, and the smash hit single “The Way I Are” was one of the biggest selling songs of 2007. And now for the first time ever, Timbaland is bringing his dynamic live show down under for the Shock Value Australian Tour.
Born Timothy Z. Mosley in Norfolk, Virginia on March 10, 1972, Timbaland, so named by Jodeci member Devante Swing after the Timberland boot, has had many reincarnations--from disc jockey DJ Tiny Tim to half of the hip hop group Timbaland & Magoo; from membership in Devante Swing’s Swing Mob crew known as Da Bassment to S.B.I. (Surrounded By Idiots), a production ensemble including Pharrell Williams, to being CEO of his own label, Mosley Music Group. Ginuwine’s hit single “Pony” and debut LP “Ginuwine…the Bachelor”, produced by Timbaland, introduced a unique rhythmic style that defined the new wave of music in the ‘90s--R&B and hip hop mixed with an eclectic smorgasbord of effects held together by complex syncopated snare beats. At the same time, his partnership with high school friend Missy Elliott blossomed into a pairing that delivered Aaliyah’s double platinum “One In A Million” and they became one of music’s most successful production/songwriting teams. Naturally, Elliott looked to Timbaland to also define her as an artist and their work together, tracks such as “The Rain,” propelled Elliott to major stardom and critical acclaim.
Timbaland’s genre breaking has changed popular music today, and he takes pride in his success at staying ahead of the curve with his originality and experimentation. Confident and charismatic, his goal is still to blow the listener’s mind and make them move to the beat.
Don’t miss the opportunity to see one of the most exciting artists in the world today perform all his hits including “Apologise”, “The Way I Are”, “Give It To Me”, “Scream” and heaps more.

If we were hanging with you and your band backstage, what would we be getting up to?
Talking absolute nonsense to each other, chilling out and seeing who can make everyone laugh the most.
If you could request anything on your rider what would it be?
Christmas presents for our family. It would save a lot of time Christmas shopping during that crazy period.
Give one of your personal favourite bands a plug.
Love the Eagles for their amazing harmonies.
What's your most essential item to take on tour?
The GHD hair straightner.Though, none of us ever want to pack it in our luggage so we just hope one out of three has thrown it in.
What's your secret talent?
Not many secret talents going on in this band but I guess being sisters we are lucky that when on stage we only have to give each other certain looks and we know what song we want to do or where we want to go with a song and the audience would never know.
AND... Where are we best to stalk you: MySpace, Facebook or Twitter? Which one's updated the most?
That’s the great thing about having 3 of us in the band we all have one to look after. So you will definitely get in touch via any of them.
