The Butterfly Effect

The Butterfly Effect emerged from the Brisbane underground hard rock scene in 2001 with the band now having 2 top 50 gold-selling albums under their belt and a tour schedule that only the toughest bands can handle, The Butterfly Effect is on its way to becoming one of the great success stories of hard rock bands to come out of Australia.

Even if you don’t know Sydney, Australia modern rock trio Sick Puppies, you’ve probably seen their groundbreaking “Free Hugs,” video, which has garnered more than 11 million views on YouTube.com since it started streaming on the site last year.

Parkway Drive

It’s been a quick rise for the five-piece, who formed in 2003. The Byron Bay boys have toured the US, UK and Europe relentlessly taking their brand of punishing, metallic hardcore to the masses and with an album produced in the USA by Killswitch Engage guitarist Adam Dutkiewicz.

Dave Holleran

Dave is a breakfast radio announcer for Star Fm in Victoria, and has a morbid fascination with midgets!! He says he wants a "mini" dave but we suspect something more sinister. He's also AAA's "in house writer" you can usually find him in the smoking section at a festival near you plotting to take over the world!!
